• Learn to correctly identify when it is necessary to administer supplemental oxygen, how to properly and safely handle and assemble the equipment and how to correctly deliver supplemental oxygen through the appropriate delivery device. 

• Designed for  in-facility and health care providers (nursing, care aides, dental industry, medical offices etc.), pre-hospital care groups (fire departments, rescue teams, sports therapists, lifeguards, SCUBA divers, ski patrol, etc.). 

• 3yr certification through ITLS Ontario and ITLS International

• blended format (8hrs online eTrauma module, 8hrs in-class eCompleter module)
• traditional format (16hrs in-class)

• Learn to rapidly identify immediate life threats to a trauma patient using the ITLS framework and focus on the essential skills and knowledge to take better care of trauma patients in any situation

• eTrauma Module - the online prerequisite for the 8hr eCompleter courses, covers the theoretical and knowledge components of the ITLS course, can be taken as a stand-alone continuing education module or as the pre-requisite to the eCompleter to become certified in ITLS

• eCompleter Module - provides hands-on skills and scenarios in the traditional ITLS course, includes the final written and practical testing required to earn the full ITLS certification 

•  non-certification workshop taught in the classroom, there is no in water  or on ice requirements

• traditional format (4hrs in-class)

• learn to assess ice for safer travel, what to do should you fall through and how to help someone else using a non-contact, land based rescue technique
